Security and privacy
Multi-tenant architecture with strict per-studio isolation. Your data never touches another studio's data - by design, not policy.
All data is stored in MongoDB Atlas in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). The backend runs on Railway in the EU region. Nothing is stored outside Europe.
Yes. Studio owners can export all studio data as Excel from within the app. Any user can download their personal data or delete their account from Profile settings. Data is retained for 90 days before permanent removal, in line with GDPR Articles 15-22.
No. Partners cannot read community messages, forum posts, or any member data. They see only their own profile and posts. Aruru does not sell or share user data with any third party.
Yes. All data is hosted in the EU. Users have the right to access, correct, export, and delete their data at any time. No personal data is used for advertising. Full privacy policy available at aruru.xyz/privacy.
